Professional draping is always maintained: You'll be properly covered with sheets and blankets throughout the session. Only the area being worked on is uncovered. Your privacy and dignity are our top priorities.

Massage should never be painful! Here's what to expect:

• "Good hurt": Deep pressure that feels therapeutic
• Tender spots: Some areas may be sensitive
• Your control: You dictate the pressure level
• Communication: Speak up immediately if anything is uncomfortable

We use a 1-10 pressure scale:

• 1-3: Light touch, very relaxing
• 4-6: Medium pressure, most common
• 7-8: Deep tissue work
• 9-10: Too much - we never work here!

Remember: More pressure doesn't always mean better results. We'll find your perfect pressure level.
